PURPOSE: A wiper blade is maintained in a detached state from a wind shield glass of an automobile when the wiper blade is not used to prevent pressing hardness of the wiper blade. CONSTITUTION: A cam(5) having a higher height than a wiper blade is installed in a body(3) of a wiper arm(1) to move right and left freely in the reference of a center shaft(7). The cam is installed in a bar portion(11) of the wiper arm. Also the cam might be installed in a spring of the wiper arm. A linear portion is formed in the center of the spring to install the cam.
