PURPOSE: A magnetic composition of a low-temperature-fired dielectric and a laminated ceramic capacitor are provided to reduce the thickness of the dielectric by performing a low temperature firing process without lowering a dielectric constant. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic composition of a low-temperature-fired dielectric is formed with aBaTiO3-bMgCO3-cY2O3-dCr2O3-eV2O5-f(xZrO2-y(Kali)2O-zSiO2) under the condition such as x+y+z=1, 0.05=x=0.18, 0.01=y=0.08, and 0.74=z=0.93. A mole ratio of the magnetic composition of the low-temperature-fired dielectric is a=100, 1.0=b =2.0, 0.2=c=2.0, 0.02=d=0.3, 0.02=e=0.3, and 0.5=f2. An average grain size of the BaTiO3 is less than 0.4 micrometer. An average grain size of (xZrO2-y(K,Li)2O-zSiO2) is less than 0.5 micrometer.
