PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing a mesoporous molecular sieve having stability on a hydrothermal reaction in a short time. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (a) mixing a surfactant represented by chemical formula 1 of R1R2R3R4NX or chemical formula 2 of R5(OCH2CH2)nOH, to prepare an aqueous solution; (b) dropping silica source selected from ortho-silicate or tetramethyl ortho-silicate to the aqueous solution of the step (a) to prepare a mixture solution; (c) performing a microwave hydrothermal reaction of the mixture solution of the step (b); (d) filtering, washing and drying the solid phase product of the step (c); and (e) calcining the dried solid phase product of the step (d), wherein the R1, R2 and R3 are each independently of CH3 or C2H5, R4 is C12-22 alkyl group, X is Cl or Br, R5 is C8-22 alkyl group, and n is 3-20.
