PURPOSE: Filler-fiber composite material is characterized by using slake containing citric acid to manufacture heel, adding sodium carbonate, having 0.1-2micron of thickness of fiber and having 10-400micron of length of the fiber. Paper manufactured out of the filler-fiber composite material has desirable optical properties, physical properties and morphological controllability. CONSTITUTION: Filler-fiber composite material is obtained by the steps of: (a) supplying slake containing citric acid to a first reactor; (b) making the slake react under carbon dioxide existing in the first reactor to manufacture CaCO3 heel; (c) adding slake containing sodium carbonate to the heel under carbon dioxide existing to manufacture calcium hydroxide calcium carbonate slurry converted partly; and then (d) making the calcium hydroxide calcium carbonate slurry react with fiber under the carbon dioxide existing in the second reactor.
