PURPOSE: Provided are a method for cultivating a mugwort containing germanium and a method for manufacturing enzyme using the cultivated mugwort. The cultivated mugwort containing germanium is powdered or juiced and then added to wheat flour to manufacture food products, such as noodles, wheat flakes soup, dumplings, bread, steamed rice cake, confectionery and the like. CONSTITUTION: A method for cultivating a mugwort containing germanium comprises the steps of: ionizing inorganic germanium having a purity of 99.9%, GeO2; composing liquid fertilizer or diluted solution containing the ionized germanium and cultivating a mugwort using it; powdering or juicing the cultivated mugwort and adding it to wheat flour to give dough; aging the dough and manufacturing food products, such as such as noodles, wheat flakes soup, dumplings, bread, steamed rice cake, confectionery and the like; and packing the manufactured food products.
