PURPOSE: A user equipment for transmission processing by using a receiver functional unit is provided to include a spread device, so that the spread device can spread data by using a code, and to process the spread data by using a channel response matrix in a pre-equalizer, then to transmit the processed data by an antenna, thereby simplifying transmission/reception processes of the data. CONSTITUTION: Data to be transmitted to a receiver(12) from a transmitter(10) is inputted to a spread and modulation device(14) and a pre-equalizer(15). The data is spread by using a code(s), and is pre-equalized to compensate for a predicted channel response of a wireless radio interface(18), then is modulated to be up-converted into an RF frequency. N factor antenna arrays(201-20n) receive a radiation signal with other signal and noise. A data detector(22) processes a received vector, and restores data. The transmitter(10) effectively compensates for a channel distortion before transmitting the data.
