PURPOSE: A mud mat including medicinal herbs and a method thereof are provided to improve a user's health and not to need an additional cushion when being used for a bed. CONSTITUTION: The mud mat(1) including medicinal herbs and the method thereof comprise a metal box body(10) having a receiving space with a predetermined width and being a rectangle body made of copper materials and opened the upper side; a first plate(20) formed in the same size as the receiving space and made of mud materials including a hit wire(21); a second plate(30) formed in the same width as the first plate and compressing medicinal herbs layered in the upper portion of the first plate; and an outside cover(50) enveloping all of the metal box body, the first and second plates.
