Structure for Zone Redevelopment with the Construction of Artificial Land

PURPOSE: An artificial ground structure for sequential redevelopment in the downtown area is provided to utilize the artificial ground as a creative space to meet the demand of residents by constituting each layer to enable utilization as the artificial ground. CONSTITUTION: The artificial ground structure(100) for sequential redevelopment in the downtown area contains: many column members(110) and beam members(120) forming a skeleton; a vertical compartment member(130) closing up the upper and lower parts which are formed by the column member(110) and the beam member(120) to divide into upper and lower spaces; a vibration-control damper(150) coupled to one side of a reinforcement member(140) reinforcing to resist compressive load or horizontal load by connecting a column member and a beam member mutually to absorb vibration caused by earthquake; a utility passage(160) installed to provide a space to install water supply facilities, gas pipes, communication lines, etc.; and a vertical passage(170) connecting utility passages(160) vertically to utilize as a space for an elevator or stairs.
