Compression Jig for High Strength Bolt Tension Test

PURPOSE: A compressive jig is provided to improve the reliability of a measured value of a tension by stably supporting a bolt when a high-tensile bolt is tensioned. CONSTITUTION: A compressive jig(200) for testing a tension of a high-tensile bolt(B) contains upper and lower connection members(210,220), upper and lower plates(250,260), an upper compression member(230) and a lower compression member(240). The connection members shield the body of the high-tensile bolt or combine with a screw thread. The plates support the connection members respectively. The one side of the upper compression member is fixed in the lower plate by penetrating through the upper plate. The other side of the upper compression member is arranged on the upper part of the upper connection member. The one side of the lower compression member is fixed in the upper plate by penetrating through the lower plate. The other side of the lower compression member is arranged in the lower part of the lower connection member. Thereby, the reliability for the tension measurement of the high-tensile bolt is increased by preventing the eccentric power to the high-tensile bolt.
