PURPOSE: A forming method of continuously cast billet with generation of center segregation being reduced is provided to improve generation of center segregation of high class steel billet, enable steel for high class wire rod to be continuously cast into billet and improve actual yield, thereby reducing manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: The forming method of continuously cast billet with generation of center segregation(8) being reduced comprises a step of promoting equiaxed solidification as an equiaxed structure ratio of 40% or more with billet thickness ratio by applying electromagnetic force to non-solidified molten steel being cast by electromagnetic stirrer mounted on mold, thereby stirring the molten steel; a step of adjusting the billet so that a position in which solid phase ratio of central part of the billet is 0.7 to 0.8 is positioned in rear of pinch rolls(1) when taking a casting direction(2) as a front side; and a step of strongly reducing the billet to 2-10 mm through the pinch rolls, wherein there are two pinch rolls, and a position in which solid phase ratio of central part of the billet is 0.7 to 0.8 is positioned in rear of the pinch rolls when taking a casting direction as a front side.
