IN PLANE SWITCHING MODE LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE HAVING MULTI BLACK MATRIX

PURPOSE: An IPS(In Plane Switching) mode LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) formed multiple black matrix is provided to form the black matrix as a double layer of a metal layer and a black resin layer, thereby minimize press of the black matrix due to external force and preventing light from leaking. CONSTITUTION: The first black matrix(132) and the second black matrix(133) for preventing light from leaking toward a non-display region are formed on the second substrate(130). The second black matrix(133) completely covers the first black matrix(132), not stacks on its upper surface. A color filter layer(134) is formed between the first and second matrixes(132,133). Practically, since the black matrixes(132,133) are formed among RGB pixels, a color filter layer among RGB color filter layers(134) is formed between the black matrixes(132,133).
