PURPOSE: An integrated fuel cell hybrid power generating apparatus is provided to reduce an emission and increase a thermodynamic efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An integrated fuel cell hybrid power generating apparatus comprises one or more fuel cells each of which includes a cathode inlet(56) and a cathode outlet(106) which is communicated with the cathode inlet along a re-circulation flow path. The fuel cell further includes an anode inlet(108) and an anode outlet(110) which is communicated with the anode inlet along a re-circulation flow path. The apparatus further includes a reformer which is heated by an exhaust air stream generated from the fuel cell, and reforms a fuel; and a tail gas burner communicated with the anode outlet, and which accommodates a mixture of parts of an anode exhaust and a cathode exhaust stream.
