PURPOSE: An electrolytic chrome treatment method of tin electroplated steel sheet having superior lacquer adhesion and anti-sulfide stain by chrome-treating the tin electroplated steel sheet under the proper chrome-treating conditions is provided, and a tin electroplated steel sheet chrome treated by the method is provided. CONSTITUTION: The electrolytic chrome treatment method of tin electroplated steel sheet having superior lacquer adhesion and anti-sulfide stain comprises the process of electrolytic chrome-treating the tin electroplated steel sheet in a sodium bichromate solution having concentration of 30 to 35 g/L, temperature of 60 to 80 deg.C, current density of 4 to 8 A/dm¬2 and electric charge quantity of 10 to 20 C/dm¬2. The tin electroplated steel sheet is characterized in that it is chrome-treated by the method comprising the process of electrolytic chrome-treating the tin electroplated steel sheet in a sodium bichromate solution having concentration of 30 to 35 g/L, temperature of 60 to 80 deg.C, current density of 4 to 8 A/dm¬2 and electric charge of 10 to 20 C/dm¬2.
