PURPOSE: A device for controlling the opening angle of a lid for a vessel is provided to offer convenience to a user by freely controlling the opening angle of the lid. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling the opening angle of a lid is composed of a connecting member(22) coupled to one side of the lid, a rotary shaft(231) coupled to the connecting member, a frictional ring(233) fit into the circumference of the rotary shaft and having a friction face, a pressing member(234), a housing(236) fixed to the outside of the pressing member, a side cap for covering both sides of the housing, and a support member(24) for fixing the housing to the side of a vessel. The pressing member is loosely fit into the circumference of the frictional ring, and has a plurality of elastic pins(235) contacted with the frictional ring.
