PURPOSE: A discharge pipe for a barrage and an embankment of a reservoir is provided to prevent a great loss caused by washing away of the barrage and the embankment by discharging water effectively by opening a water gate installed to the lower part of the barrage and the embankment to prevent overflowing caused by a flood and a heavy rain. CONSTITUTION: The discharge pipe for a barrage and an embankment of a reservoir comprises the steps of forming an outlet(22') by laying a guide pipe(22) on the upper part of an embankment(21) and interposing to one side of a discharge pipe(27), assembling many fans to a shaft(51) at regular intervals with a drum, fixing a rope(32) to the drum, connecting a water gate(30) to the discharge pipe(27), and fixing a controller(29) which forms a space to make water rotate a fan by fixing to a shaft(51) of the fan to the upper part in an inner space of the discharge pipe(27).
