COMPOSITION OF ORGANIC SELF-PERMEABLE ONE LIQUID PHASE AQUEOUS ACRYL-URETHANE HYBRID ELASTIC COATING WATERPROOF MATERIAL AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A composition of an organic self-permeable aqueous acryl-urethane hybrid elastic coating waterproof material and its preparation method are provided, to improve water permeability with deterioration of elasticity. CONSTITUTION: The elastic coating waterproof material comprises an acryl-urethane hybrid resin which is prepared by polymerizing an aqueous acryl resin and an aqueous polyurethane resin by adding heat to obtain a hot blend. The acryl-urethane hybrid resin is aqueous and one liquid phase type. The coating layer has holes whose size is controlled automatically when it is contact with water drop or vapor and which comprises a self-curing dispersion resin as an effective component. Preferably the elastic coating waterproof material comprises further 11-79 wt% of limestone or marble-shaped calcite having hardness greater than that of chalks.
