METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR WRITING/MANAGING OPERATIONAL BUDGET BY LINKING WITH B2B UTILITY/EQUIPMENT PARTS ELECTRONIC PURCHASE SYSTEM BASED ON INTERNET AND INTEGRATED DATABASE

PURPOSE: A method and a system for writing/managing an operational budget by linking with a B2B(Business-to-Business) utility/equipment parts electronic purchase system and an integrated database are provided to make a spot user and a head office user of an equipment company manage the budget in real-time by linking with an electronic catalog system and a B2B EC(Electric Commerce) system. CONSTITUTION: The spot user performs a member certification procedure by connecting to a main server(110) provided from an integrated utility/equipment part database(130) through each user server connected to the Internet. The spot user connected to the main server displays an operational budget writing screen by clicking an operational budget item on a monitor. After clicking a utility/equipment spot name on the operational budget writing screen, the spot user stores/registers the parts needed for equipment construction to a head office server by searching an utility/equipment parts database. The head office server approves/stores the registration of the registered operational budget through an operational budget registration procedure.
