Purpose: being arranged to be provided solely for application of IC cards information to a client to provide an application of IC cards and handle a kind of method and system for determining a probability of a judging result, if the application of IC cards to once storing to line/wireless communication network for not being stored in the smart card of client by storing application of IC cards. Construction: a client terminal (100) is connected to a server, provides application of IC cards. Server (105) determines that application of IC cards is stored to the smart card of client (155). If application of IC cards is not stored in the smart card of the client base in a conclusive result, application of IC cards is stored to line/wireless communication network server to storage (150) and is provided solely for application of IC cards information to client terminal. Storage facility/management application of IC cards is provided to client. Smart cards for storage application of IC cards information.
