METHOD FOR OFFERING HOST APPLICATION FOR SMART CARD TERMINAL, COMPOSED OF WIRE/WIRELESS COMMUNICATION TERMINAL AND SMART CARD TERMINAL

PURPOSE: A method for offering a host application for a smart card terminal is provided to make the smart card terminal receive/use the host application for the terminal for operating the smart card contents stored in the smart card by storing/managing the host application for the terminal in a server on a wire/wireless communication network and storing access information in the smart card. CONSTITUTION: The host application for the terminal is stored/managed by the server on the wire/wireless communication terminal. The access information for the server storing the host application for the terminal is stored in the smart card. The access information is extracted from the smart card through a terminal application installed to the smart card terminal(465). The smart card terminal connects with the server by using the access information(470). As the host application for the terminal is downloaded/installed to the smart card terminal, the smart card contents are applied to the smart card.
