PURPOSE: A method for separating oligomeric proanthocyanidins from fruit extract is provided, thereby cheaply and rapidly separating oligomeric proanthocyanidins using cheap resin which is reusable. CONSTITUTION: The method for separating oligomeric proanthocyanidins from fruit extract comprises the steps of: pulverizing fruits; adding the pulverized fruits in a mixed solvent of water and ethanol, and stirring the mixture at 75 to 85 deg.C or sonicating the mixture at room temperature to prepare fruit extract; and suspending the fruit extract in a mixed solvent of water and ethanol, placing the suspension on an alkyl benzene polymer resin, and eluting oligomeric proanthocyanidins with 20% ethanol, 60% ethanol and 95% ethanol, sequentially, wherein the fruit is grape seed, grape skin, persimmon leaf or persimmon skin.
