ANALOG AMPLIFIER FOR INCREASING CIRCUIT TESTABILITY BY ADDING MULTIPLEXING CAPABILITY THERETO

PURPOSE: An analog amplifier for increasing circuit testability by adding multiplexing capability thereto is provided to enhance the circuit testability by improving control capability for nodes related to circuits as test targets in a test process. CONSTITUTION: An analog amplifier includes an input port, a test input port, an output port, and a control input. The input port(2-1,2-2) is used for receiving an analog signal. A test input port(3-1,3-2) is used for receiving a test signal. The control input(4) is used for receiving a test control signal for switching the analog amplifier(1) between a normal amplifying mode and a test mode. In the normal amplifying mode, the analog signal is amplified and transmitted through the output port(5-1,5-2). In the test mode, the test signal is routed to the output port.
