摘要

PURPOSE: An electroluminescence display device is provided to achieve improved color purity of an organic electroluminescence panel by adjusting spectral characteristics of a color filter layer. CONSTITUTION: An electroluminescence display device comprises a color filter layer(103) including red, green and blue pixels, wherein the color filter layer is provided to each of red, green and blue pixels; an electroluminescence element having a white electroluminescence layer formed on each of color filter layers; and a thin film transistor(101) provided to each of the red, green and blue pixels, and which drives the electroluminescence element. Film thickness or pigment density of relevant color filter layer is controlled such that a light transmittance of each of color filter layers becomes 50% or less for region outside a predetermined wavelength range.
