PURPOSE: A fish way-cum-drainage way for a barrage is provided to make fishes move through an incline easily and to function as a drainage way, and to protect an ecosystem of a river. CONSTITUTION: The fish way-cum-drainage way for a barrage comprises the steps of forming a movable unit(25) formed on the front of a block body facing toward the upper stream and connected with an inclined unit(29), forming an upper plane(27) provided with a convex part(26) connected to face toward the lower stream, placing an inclined part(29') on the upper plane(27) and assembling to an incline of a river continuously to project a movable unit(25') and form a retreated space(30) and an inlet/outlet(24).
