摘要
PURPOSE: An exo- and endo- polysaccharide derived from Ganoderma lucidum, its isolation method and a hyperlipidemia treating composition containing the polysaccharide are provided, to obtain a material having a hypolipidemic effect. CONSTITUTION: The exo-polysaccharide is isolated by inoculating the culture of Ganoderma lucidum to potato/dextrose broth (pH 4.5) and culturing it at 30 deg.C with 120 rpm for 7 days; pulverizing 50 mL of the cultured one under sterilization condition and inoculating the pulverized one to a medium in 1%(v/v); culturing the cultured one at 30 deg.C with 120 rpm for 18 days; centrifuging the liquid culture with 10,447 g for 20 min; mixing the supernatant with ethanol in the ratio of 1:4 to sediment it for a day and centrifuging it; lyophilizing the sediment, adding distilled water to the concentration of 10 mg/mL, and centrifuging the liquid culture with 10,447 g for 20 min; and dialyzing the supernatant for 3 days and lyophilizing it. The endo-polysaccharide is isolated by washing the mycelium obtained by centrifugation with distilled water three times, extracting it with hot water three times for 2 hours and centrifuging it with 10,447 g for 20 min instead of mixing the supernatant with ethanol in the ratio of 1:4 to sediment it for a day and centrifuging it in the previous method.
