Purpose: an architecture of a control code, a classification code and information is arranged to notify the people of a dangerous situation by automatically turning on the receiver of people and transmits information to receiver as characteristic, image or sound. Construction: an information management general headquarters (20) or a broadcasting station (30) classification collect the information (80) for entering classification code (50) from an information source (10) and transmit a control code (60) and information. One receiver (40) receives control code and is turned on, and such information is sent to receiver as characteristic, image or sound.
