MIXED GRAIN POWDER COMPOSITION CONTAINING PROCESSED GINSENG SLICES AND DIETARY MIXED GRAIN POWDER COMPOSITION USING SAME

PURPOSE: A mixed grain powder composition containing processed ginseng slices together with conventional mixed grain powder and a sweetener is provided. It is convenient to eat and effective in treating and preventing obesity. CONSTITUTION: The mixed grain powder composition comprises 70 to 75% by weight of conventional mixed grain powder, 2 to 3% by weight of processed ginseng slices and 22 to 28% by weight of a sweetener. The dietary mixed grain powder composition contains 2.43% by weight of Aurantii Fructus, 0.49% by weight of Theae folium, 4.85% by weight of Garcinia Cambogia, 2.43% by weight of psyllium husk, 2.43% by weight of soybean peptide, 2.43% by weight of L-carnitine, 0.24% by weight of Steviten(containing stevioside) and 19.42% by weight of polydextrose and remaining mixed grain powder compositions to make 100% by weight.
