SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SECURITY OF FINANCIAL SETTLEMENT APPLYING MULTIPLE SETTLEMENT CHANNELS

PURPOSE: A system and a method for the security of financial settlement applying multiple settlement channels are provided to fundamentally block the outflow of a user's password by performing the settlement through the multiple settlement channels and confirm settlement particulars again before the settlement. CONSTITUTION: A member shop terminal(200) reads a card. A VAN(Value Added Network) server(300) inquires the settlement to a card company server(400) by receiving the settlement information transmitted from the member shop terminal and transmits a received approval to the member shop terminal. The card company server is equipped with a credit information database storing the credit information and the card information of the customer, and approves the settlement received from the VAN server. A relay transmission server(500) transmits the settlement confirmation information received from a mobile terminal(100) to the card company server if the mobile terminal is registered. The card company server processes a settlement inquiry after comparing the settlement confirmation information with the credit information stored in the credit information database.
