PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for removing malodorous materials by selectively performing biological treatment and photochemical treatment on volatile organic compounds and inorganic malodorous gas generated from industrial sites using a means for controlling shape and concentration of gas are provided. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for removing volatile organic compounds and inorganic malodorous gas, the apparatus is characterized in that it is constructed in such a structure that an inflow gas sensor(2) connected to a blower(1), a water storage tank(4) to which chemical storage tank(5) is connected, and a culture media storage tank(6) and an exhaust gas sensor(9) are connected to a bio filter(3) in which a ceramic block(10) is installed, and a moisture filter(7) is connected to a photocatalyst reactor(8). In a manufacturing apparatus of tin oxide that is a sensing part of the gas sensor, the thermal plasma apparatus is characterized in that plasma generator, reactor and wet injection unit are sequentially installed from the upper side in the thermal plasma apparatus.
