PURPOSE: A device for producing hair growth is provided to make natural hair growth and treatment possible without using direct method, like hair restorer, or hair transplantation to a alopecia patient, and make hygienical excreta removal, activation of blood circulation and extermination of any fungus of a scalp possible. CONSTITUTION: The device for producing hair growth includes; a head housing(50); a head pin(52) projected from the lower part of the head housing(50); and a touch plate fixed on the lower part of the head pin(52) wherein an electricity generating element, an light generating element and heat generating element are selectively fixed into the touch plate.
