PURPOSE: A time alarming method and a mobile communication terminal using the time alarming method is provided to receive time data, and to output a sound signal stored in a memory if the received time data is one of exact time showing data, so that a user can recognize a current time without confirming an LCD screen of the terminal. CONSTITUTION: A wireless circuit portion(110) is wirelessly connected with a base station, and continuously receives a time information signal corresponding to a current time. A real-time clock portion(120) receives the time information signal, and outputs time data included in the time information signal. A memory portion(150) stores different sound signals corresponding to each exact time. A controller(130) outputs a corresponding sound signal if the received time data is one of exact time showing data. An output portion(160) has a speaker(162) for outputting sounds, and outputs the received sound signal as a voice through the speaker(162).
