PURPOSE: A grained timber sheet with melamine impregnated paper is provided, which is fabricated by a simplified, cost-effective process while exhibiting a high-quality tree grain shaped print on the sheet and displaying natural, beautiful external appearance. CONSTITUTION: The grained timber sheets comprises: a base layer made of nonwoven fabric having a thickness of 0.05 to 0.5 mm; a material wood layer having a thickness of 0.05 to 0.5 mm and adhered to the base layer using an adhesive; a melamine impregnated paper layer thermally compressed on the material wood layer to a thickness of 10 to 100 micrometers, the melamine impregnated paper layer containing photo-catalyst particles capable of photolysing organic matter, a flame retardant, and a fragrance substance; a transcription layer transcribed on the melamine impregnated paper layer in a grained pattern; and a protective layer applied on the transfer layer to a thickness of 5 to 50 micrometers to protect the transfer layer.
