METHOD FOR MANAGING JUDICIAL PROCEDURE USING NETWORK AND INVESTMENT USING INVESTMENT OF INVESTER

PURPOSE: A method for managing a judicial procedure using the network and the investment are provided to offer dividend to the investors investing to a case registered to a system, and make the nominees handling the judicial procedure induce the case transparently and fairly. CONSTITUTION: A client registers the case to a server by inputting the contents of the case, and fixing an investment dividend, a retaining fee, and a contingent fee of the case(S20). The nominee registers the retaining fee, the contingent fee, a winning probability, a difficulty, and an estimated lawsuit period to the server after analyzing the case registered by the client(S40). The investor invests in the case by deciding the investment and the investment fund after analyzing the case registered from the client and the nominee(S120). If the client and the nominee request the registration of the case after making a contract for the registered case, a manager registers the case to the system formally.
