PURPOSE: A terminal structure and a direct current superconducting cable line are provided to save space and reduce losses by allowing for transmission of plural circuits through a single line of superconducting cable. CONSTITUTION: A terminal structure comprises a core member; superconducting layers(22) formed into multiple layers on the outer surface of the core member, such that end of each of the superconducting layers is exposed by stages from an outer layer to an inner layer; and a lead-out conductor made of a normal conductive material individually connected to each of the superconducting layers exposed by stages. A direct current superconducting cable line includes a power supply, a load, and a superconducting cable for supplying power from the power supply to the load. At least one terminal of the superconducting cable has a structure including a core member, superconducting layers, and a lead-out conductor.
