PURPOSE: An automobile sensing device on the ground is provided to reduce the cost of installation/maintenance as well as to prevent safe accidents by easily guiding an automobile. CONSTITUTION: An automobile detecting device on the ground includes a top case(11), a bottom case(12) and an automobile sensor(13). The top case(11) has a height enough to passing the automobile and an external appearance capable of guiding the automobile. The bottom case(12) is inserted into the top case(11). And, the automobile sensor(13) is installed inside of the top and the bottom cases(11,12) so as to be installed on the ground.
