DEVICE FOR DEWATERING VEGETABLE WASTE CAPABLE OF CONVEYING SLUSHY VEGETABLE WASTE THROUGH TRANSFER SCREW WITHOUT ACCUMULATION OF VEGETABLE WASTE INSIDE CYLINDRICAL BODY

PURPOSE: To effectively convey slushy vegetable waste through transfer screw without accumulation of vegetable waste inside cylindrical body. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a body(1) where an inlet(3), an outlet(5) and many drainage holes(7) are installed, a transfer screw(13) installed inside the body and transferring waste by the rotation of a motor(15), a compulsory transfer member(17) inserted into a hollow corresponding to one pitch of the transfer screw to prevent the waste from being accumulated and gearing with the transfer screw to compulsorily move the waste forward with moving rectilinearly by one pitch and a gear operation means inserting and operating the compulsory transfer member from the outside diameter of the hill to the inside of the hollow of the transfer screw, moving the compulsory transfer member rectilinearly by one pitch to get geared with the rotation of the transfer screw, again separating the compulsory transfer member from the hollow to the outside diameter of the hill of the transfer screw and moving the compulsory transfer member backward to be restored to the initial inserting position.
