ULTRA WIDE BAND COMMUNICATION SYSTEM USING FREQUENCY HOPPING-TIME HOPPING GAUSSIAN WAVE PACKET AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF - THE SYSTEM DIVIDES THE ENTIRE USABLE FREQUENCY BAND INTO A PLURALITY OF SUB-BANDS, AND USES A FREQUENCY HOPPING-TIME HOPPING GAUSSIAN WAVE PACKET FOR EACH OF THE SUB-BANDS
PURPOSE: A UWB(Ultra Wide Band) communication system using a frequency hopping-time hopping Gaussian wave packet is provided to allocate different outputs to each of the sub-bands into which the entire usable frequency band is divided. CONSTITUTION: A frequency-time code generator(703) generates a frequency code for selecting a sub-band for transmitting data when the data is inputted, and a time code for selecting the time when the data is transmitted. A frequency synthesizer(706) generates a frequency corresponding to the frequency code during a predetermined time. When the inputted data is modulated in a preset modulation method, a pulse generator(705) generates a baseband pulse corresponding to the modulated result. A timer(702) controls so that the frequency synthesizer(706) can generate the frequency corresponding to the frequency code during only the time slot corresponding to the time code, and controls so that the pulse generator(705) can generate the baseband pulse corresponding to the modulated result during that time slot only. A mixer(707) mixes the baseband pulse with the frequency, and then outputs it, that is, a frequency hopping-time hopping wave packet.
