METHOD FOR PREPARING REFUSE DERIVED FUEL (RDF) BY USING COMBUSTIBLE WASTE AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PURPOSE: Provided are a method for preparing a solid fuel by using combustible waste and a device for preparing thereof which are able to reduce costs for treating waste, consumption of accompanying equipments and various problems of waste such as environmental contamination. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a sorter supplying combustible waste collected from industrial field to remove foreign materials therefrom, a crusher(200) crushing the combustible waste discharge from the sorter, a magnetic sorter(300) removing ferrous ingredients from the crushed combustible waste, a high-speed melting mixer(400) melting the sorted waste and rapidly cooling the molten waste to mold it into a pellet, a storing place(500) storing the pellet discharged from the high-speed melting mixer, a baling machine(600) baling the pellet and a taking-out machine(700) for taking out the baled pellet.
