PURPOSE: Provided is a device for preparing a refuse derived fuel by using combustible waste and sludge which is able to effectively treat wet sludge as a fuel and dries before molding the fuel to keep the density of the molded fuel constant and prevent the fuel from being modified in a drying process. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a combustible material pulverizing part including crushing devices(100,100') crushing combustible materials, a pulverizing device(400) pulverizing the crushed combustible materials and a first storage tank(S1) storing the pulverized combustible material conveyed by a conveying means from the pulverizing device, a sludge drying part including a dehydrating device(600) dehydrating sludge, a drying device(700) installed to be connected to the dehydrating device and a second storage tank(S2) storing the dried sludge conveyed by a conveying means from the drying device and a fuel molding part including a mixing device(800) connected to the first storage tank and the second storage tank, a third storage tank connected to the mixing device, a drying device(700') connected to the third storage tank and molding devices(900) connected to the drying device, wherein the conveying means installed prior to the pulverizing device is a conveyor belt(200,200',300) where a drum magnet(301) is installed on the discharge end part.
