PURPOSE: A method for measuring the instrument using an ultrasonic sensor is provided to improve the reliability of the measuring instrument by allowing the time to be measured by hundreds of nSEC. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring the instrument using an ultrasonic sensor includes the steps of: inputting a weak signal based on the response time of the ultrasonic sensor; giving a strong signal at the rising point T1 through the transmission unit(160) together with operating the timer of the micro-controller(200) if the stable waveform is inputted from the receiving unit(110); stopping the timer at the time T2 when sensing the voltage is higher than the reference voltage at the receiving unit(110); and considering the time difference between the T1 and T2 as the accurate time between the transmission unit(160) and the receiving unit(110).
