PURPOSE: Provided is a cupping device with rubber for the purpose of the circulation of the blood and the bloodletting, in which rubber is used by attaching to the cupping device so that it is possible to attach the cupping device in the vacuum state to a user's body for long time. CONSTITUTION: The cupping device with rubber is manufactured by attaching flexible silicon rubber to a plastic cupping device (bloodletting device) so that a strong vacuum state is maintained and the cupping device is attached to muscles or skin for long time. As a popular medical instrument for improving a user's health and curing his/her disease, the cupping device attaching the rubber is more efficiently used.
