PURPOSE: A cover of a construction equipment structure with a separation preventing device is provided to prevent the cover from being separated from the structure even if a bolt for detachably fixing the cover to a frame of the construction equipment is loosened by shock or vibration accumulated on the equipment. CONSTITUTION: In a cover(2) fixed detachably to a frame(1) of a construction equipment by a bolt(4), the cover of a construction equipment structure with a separation preventing device comprises an inlet unit opened radially at the edge of the cover and a combining groove for overlapping and fixing the edge of the cover toward the inside of the frame. A through-hole(1a) of the frame and a seat(3) fixed on the back side of the cover are fitted to each other by the bolt.
