摘要

PURPOSE: A dielectric barrier discharge lamp lighting apparatus and an ultraviolet radiation apparatus are provided to allow ultraviolet light to be uniformly radiated along a tube axis direction in cases where an object moves perpendicularly to a tube axis. CONSTITUTION: A dielectric barrier discharge lamp lighting apparatus(EXF) comprises a plurality of dielectric barrier discharge lamps(EXL). Each of the dielectric barrier discharge lamps includes a thin tubular seal container made of an ultraviolet transmitting material; an internal electrode arranged along the axial direction in the seal container, and fed with electricity from a feeder end; an excimer generating gas encapsulated in the seal container; and an outer electrode arranged on the outer surface of the seal container such that the outer electrode cooperates with the inner electrode so as to bring about dielectric barrier discharge in the seal container. The dielectric barrier discharge lamps are arranged in parallel with each other such that feeder ends of the lamps are differently adjacent with each other.
