COOLING FIN FORMATION STRUCTURE OF FIN-PIPE INTEGRATED HEAT EXCHANGER FOR DELAYING SUDDEN FROST FORMATION AND SECURING OPTIMAL HEAT TRANSFER PERFORMANCE
PURPOSE: A cooling fin formation structure of a fin-pipe integrated heat exchanger is provided to delay a sudden frost formation, to secure optimal heat transfer performance by reducing the flow resistance of the air moving out of the heat exchanger and exchanging heat, and to largely improve the efficiency of the heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerant pipe(101) circulates refrigerant therein and exchanges heat with the external air. A cooling fin(102) is integrally extruded to the refrigerant pipe to expand a heat-exchanging area of the refrigerant pipe. The integrated refrigerant pipe and cooling fin are bent in multiple stages. Both ends of the refrigerant pipes are fixed by supporting plates(103). The cooling fins are arranged at the intervals of 10¯12 millimeters to delay the frost formation time and decrease the flow resistance of the air flowed from the lower side to the upside and heat-exchanged.
