PURPOSE: A cooling fin formation structure of a fin-pipe integrated heat exchanger is provided to increase an overall heat transfer coefficient and to improve the performance of a heat exchanger by securing a favorable draft resistance and water draining efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerant pipe(101) for circulating refrigerants therein and exchanging heat with the external air and a cooling fin(102) integrated to the refrigerant pipe to expand a heat-exchanging area of the refrigerant pipe are integrally extruded and bent in multiple stages. The refrigerant pipes are disposed in a double line and the cooling fins are integrated between the refrigerant pipes. The refrigerant pipes are bent repeatedly in an S-shape to have the constant width and height. Both ends of the refrigerant pipes are fixed by supporting bars. The cooling fins are bent at the angle 75¯90 degrees to reduce the draft resistance and facilitate the drain of water.
