PURPOSE: A control device of a toe angle for a rear wheel in a vehicle and a method thereof are provided to improve the responsiveness of a sensor and an actuator, and to prevent understeering in turning by regulating the toe angle according to the steering angle, the steering angle speed and vehicle speed. CONSTITUTION: A toe angle control device of a rear wheel comprises left and right actuators(130,135) installed to left and right sides of the rear wheel to adjust the left and right toe angle of the rear wheel based on a control signal; a steering angel sensor(100) detecting the steering angle or the steering angle speed; a vehicle speed sensor(110) detecting vehicle speed; a control gain setting unit(122) setting control gain corresponding to the vehicle speed; a signal processing unit(121) calculating and outputting the steering angle or the steering angle speed from the steering angle sensor; a toe angle calculating unit(123) calculating the rear toe angle with the steering angle, the steering angle speed and control gain; and left and right driving units(124,125) controlling the left and right toe angle of the rear wheel by applying the control signal to the left and right actuators corresponding to the calculated toe angle.
