PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a vinyl packaging having a packing cutting sticker is provided to enable a user to easily unwrap the packing just by pulling the sticker attached to an outer portion of the packing without using a separate sharp tool and to allow the user to easily identify a portion to be pulled by the hand. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises attaching a highly tensile sticker(1) having a strongly adhesive agent applied on a central portion(2) of an adhered portion thereof to an outer portion(4) of a vinyl packing to cut an outer wrapping sheet fixedly adhered on the adhesive agent so that the vinyl packing is easily unwrapped.
