POLLUTION-FREE ENGINE USING AIR, CAPABLE OF CONVERTING MOTION ENERGY OF AIR TO ROTATION MOTION ENERGY WHEN EXPANDING AIR RECEIVED IN AIR TUBE UNDER HIGH PRESSURE

PURPOSE: A pollution-free engine using air is provided to use air as a driving power source by converting motion energy of air to rotation motion energy when expanding the air received in an air tube under a high pressure. CONSTITUTION: A pollution-free engine using air includes a rectilinear motion part(200), a rotation motion part(300), a motion transmission part(400), and an auxiliary unit(500). The rectilinear motion part has an elastic air tube for receiving a predetermined amount of compressed air, and a rectilinear motion frame for receiving the air tube to carry out rectilinear reciprocation motion in association with the retraction and expansion of the air tube. The rotation motion part has a crank shaft having first and second cranks, a power transmission gear for outputting the rotation force of the crank shaft to the outside, and a flywheel for keeping the rotation motion continuously and smoothly. The motion transmission part has a chain train and a first connecting rod for rotating the crank shaft by transmitting and converting the rectilinear motion of the rectilinear motion frame to rotation motion for the first crank. A hydraulic unit and a second connecting rod converts and transmits the rotation motion of the second crank to rectilinear motion for the rectilinear motion frame. The auxiliary unit has an ignition motor for driving an engine by rotating the flywheel, an air compressor for supplying the high pressure air to the air tube, a generator for generating electricity by the rotation force of the crank shaft, and a charger for accumulating the electricity.
