MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FUNCTIONAL FIBER WALLPAPER USING NATURAL MINERAL AND PLANT, CAPABLE OF NOT GENERATING POISONOUS GAS WHEN FIRE BREAKS OUT

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of functional fiber wallpaper is characterized by using natural mineral and plant. Therefore, the functional fiber wallpaper is capable of not generating a poisonous gas when a fire breaks out, radiating far infrared ray and anion, exterminating vermin, having antibacterial property, air clearing effect and deodorization, improving immunity of the human body and circulation of blood, and reducing stress and fatigue of an eyeball. CONSTITUTION: Functional fiber wallpaper is obtained by the steps of: preparing powdery loess, enamel and tourmaline wherein at least one of the powders is used in proper ratio; mixing 70vol.% of water with the powder at high speed, followed by precipitating the mixture to remove floated impurities and to dump water; mixing 70% of water with the precipitate; mixing 2% of a precipitation inhibitor with the mixture; abstracting 70% of a solution risen in the water to prepare a natural mineral dyeing solution; putting about 500g of gardenia or onion peel to 100 liter of water, followed by maturing the mixture at 80-90deg.C for 1hrs to prepare a natural plant dyeing solution; preparing the natural mineral dyeing solution having 95deg.C; putting cotton fabric for wallpaper to the natural mineral dyeing solution to dye, followed by washing and drying the fabric; putting the dyed fabric to 80deg.C of the natural plant dyeing solution to dye, followed by washing and drying the fabric; tentering the fabric; and then attaching paper to a back.
