BATTERY COVER LOCKING DEVICE OF A CELLULAR PHONE, CONCERNED WITH STABLY MAINTAINING A LOCKING STATE OF A BATTERY COVER WITHOUT UNLOCKING A COVER

PURPOSE: A battery cover locking device of a cellular phone is provided to open/shut both actuating hooking plates in width direction on a cellular phone body, and to hook/lock both hooks of a battery cover toward an inner side in width direction from both directions by elastically supporting both actuating hooking plates by springs. CONSTITUTION: One pair of hooks(121) are fixed to upper sections of a battery cover(120) coupled with a cellular phone body(100) in open/shut state. One pair of actuating hooking plates(150) for locking both hooks(121) of the battery cover(120) are coupled with inner top parts of the cellular phone body(100) to move in horizontal direction. An elastic expansion unit(200) for widening both actuating hooking plates(150) is comprised between both actuating hooking plates(150). Restoring units are comprised in both outer sections of both actuating hooking plates(150).
