STAT3 ACTIVATED STEM CELL WHICH FACILITATES THE REGENERATION OF TISSUES

PURPOSE: An STAT3 activated stem cell is provided, thereby increasing in vitro amplification of the stem cell and in vivo amplification as well as regeneration of the stem cell accompanied by increase of the number of self regeneration of the stem cell. Therefore, regeneration of tissue and organs can be facilitated. CONSTITUTION: The STAT3 activated stem cell comprises a modified stem cell consisting of activation form of STAT3, wherein the modified stem cell is a hemopoietic stem cell; the modified stem cell is a human including mammal stem cell; the modified stem cell is obtained from the blood of the umbilical cord; the STAT3 is STAT3-C; the protein product of the activated STAT3 in the modified stem cell is delivered into the cell through protein introduction; the modified stem cell is produced by introduction of the activated STAT3 gene into the cell; the activation of STAT3 is increased by treatment of chemical substances which induce dimerization of STAT3; and the STAT3 activated stem cell is produced by co-culturing the activated STAT3 expressing cell with the stem cell.
